Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Once your method of payment is processed and approved, Anna Ross Designs strives to create, package and ship your order within 1 week unless otherwise stated in individual product listings. Package arrival dates will be based on the type of shipping method that you select upon purchase. However, packaging and delivery times are merely estimates and Anna Ross Designs cannot guarantee that any order will be shipped or received by any given date and, thus, Anna Ross Designs cannot be held responsible for untimely receipt of any order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Anna Ross Designs is committed to providing excellent services to our customers and we want our customers to have an excellent shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days (from date of receipt) for full refund (minus shipping costs to and from the user), exchange or store credit. Returned purchased items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds will be posted to your original form of payment. Anna Ross Designs only accepts returns for items that are unworn, unused and undamaged and contain all the original packaging and labels. Any evidence of wear or alterations made to the item will be returned at the shipping expense of the buyer, whatever the cost of shipping and handling. Anna Ross Designs does not accept returns on custom pieces or personalized designs.

To return items, please contact Anna Ross Designs at annarossdesigns@gmail.com for return authorization. Any items returned without authorization will be rejected.

Purchased items can be exchanged within 14 days of the receipt date, provided they are unworn, unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when the items were received, with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let Anna Ross Designs know as soon as possible and they will attempt to offer you alternate options. In addition, due to limited inventory there is no guarantee that items will be available for an even exchange. If that should happen, Anna Ross Designs will issue a store credit instead, to be applied to any merchandise in store.

All of our items are inspected prior to shipment. On some occasions, the merchandise is photographed to ensure quality inspection and for your convenience. However, in the unlikely event your item is received in a broken or damaged condition, Anna Ross Designs will repair the item free of charge (excluding shipping charges), if the item is returned and received by Anna Ross Designs within 1 month of the date the item was received by you. If the damaged or defective item is received after 1 month, Anna Ross Designs reserves the right to charge a small fee for any such repair, at its sole discretion. 

You can receive store credit on all products, equivalent to the total value of your product purchase. Store credit is valid for one year after the issue date. Store credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise; it cannot be used towards shipping costs.
